Job Description:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, APIs, and automation capabilities
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Order Management / SOMT (preferred)
• Familiarity with telecom domain processes (preferred)
• Understanding of database concepts and data handling within ServiceNow
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
