We are looking for passionate and motivated Software Engineer Trainees to join our Product Development Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build real-world software products and grow into full-time Software Engineers.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain software products used by customers across multiple industries. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance product features across the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in software engineering.
• Contribute to product performance, scalability, and user experience improvements.
• Work on live customer-facing products and internal platforms.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Msc/MCA.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or Go.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, databases, and software development concepts.
• Knowledge of React, Node.js, SQL, Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, or Mobile Development will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Eligibility

• Chennai candidates only.
• Must be available for an in-person interview immediately after shortlisting.
• Relocation candidates are not preferred.
• Must be willing to work from the office full-time.
