Role Description The Software Engineer role at TECHNORebel Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions and back-end web applications that align with product and client requirements. The Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and implement robust, scalable features. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards. The role also involves contributing to technical documentation, participating in agile ceremonies, and continuously learning new tools and technologies to enhance the product stack.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with modern development practices such as unit testing, continuous integration, and code review.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization is an advantage.
