Target Titles: Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Software Engineer, Software Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with experience building and scaling core advertising technology systems across ad platforms, DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, or retail media platforms.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AdTech.
• Core AdTech Expertise: Hands-on experience building at least one of the following: campaign management, bidding engines, auctions, ad servers, targeting, budget pacing, or ads reporting.
• Ad Metrics: Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, eCPM, and ROAS in a product or system context.
• System Scale: Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems, supported by metrics such as QPS, impressions, advertiser volume, or ad spend.
• Technical Ownership: Proven experience in system design, architecture, development, and scaling production systems.
