Software Engineer

Position: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, and custom applications.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Implement Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Server-side scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring performance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and Service Catalog development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
• Good knowledge of Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Notifications, and custom ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
