Hiring Alert | ServiceNow Developer – TPRM & GRC/IRM

Location: Pune, India | Experience: 8–13 Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM) modules to join a high-performing enterprise technology team.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow risk and compliance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow TPRM and GRC/IRM solutions based on business and technical requirements

• Build workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, notifications, and scheduled jobs

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, and other integration frameworks

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Business teams to translate user stories into scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Support UAT, production deployments, defect resolution, release management, and post-implementation enhancements

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, platform governance, security controls, audit requirements, and upgrade-safe development practices

• Maintain technical documentation and recommend continuous improvements to platform performance and compliance workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-13 years of total IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Development

• Mandatory experience in ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and GRC/IRM modules

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, and Workflow

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and enterprise integrations

• Prior exposure to Java development and enterprise application integration is highly preferred

• Good understanding of risk management, compliance, audit, governance, and third-party/vendor risk processes

Preferred Background

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC, or CIS-IRM will be an added advantage

• Candidates with experience in large enterprise environments, risk transformation initiatives, or compliance-focused ServiceNow implementations will be highly preferred
