Job Description: Techno-Functional Consultant (Finacle)

• 8+ years of techno-functional experience in banking technology projects.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Finacle Core Banking, including E-Limits and E-Collaterals modules.
• Ability to perform end-to-end solutioning, including requirement analysis and functional design.
• Experience in managing business stakeholder interactions, requirement workshops, and expectation alignment.
• Strong ownership of delivery timelines, coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Proficient in Finacle customization, including:
• Menu customization • API integration and configuration
• Batch job setup and monitoring
• Good functional knowledge of key banking modules:
• CASA
• Term Deposits (TD)
• Loans • Limits
• Collaterals
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and delivery model.
