Job Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have hands-on experience in scripting, customization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications in ServiceNow (ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB)
• Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
• Build workflows and automate processes using Flow Designer
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on the platform
• Perform instance upgrades and deployments

Required Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow Development
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Familiarity with ITSM modules
• Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
• Good problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• ServiceNow certification (CSA/CAD)
• Knowledge of Service Portal or UI Builder
• Basic understanding of Git or CI/CD
