Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable application components and user-facing interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications used within the company. This role ensures that digital tools are intuitive, performant, and aligned with operational needs, enhancing both agent productivity and customer experience.

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces and backend-integrated features for applications and dashboards.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into functional, maintainable solutions.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Ensure consistent design systems and branding across all digital platforms.

• Integrate application components with APIs and back-end services, ensuring reliable data flow.

• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, error-free code.

• Lead code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and reusable components.

• Work closely with operations teams to gather feedback and continuously improve user experience and system reliability.

• Maintain clear documentation for components, workflows, and deployment processes.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend pragmatic improvements to tools, frameworks, and processes.

• Mentor developers and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C#, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js or .NET Core.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile delivery practices.
• Next.js, GA4/analytics instrumentation, and conversion-focused UX experience
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design collaboration.
• Understanding of systems design, distributed architectures, and how front-end and back-end integrate in production
