About Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency in Go/Python, experience in building scalable systems, and a strong understanding of system design and performance.

What You'll Do
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, scalability and performance optimization
- Design and build scalable systems and APIs
- Lead development of subsystems and core features
- Drive technical decisions and design reviews
- Improve performance, reliability, and security
- Mentor engineers and guide best practices
Expertise You'll Bring
- 8+ years of system/software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Go, Python, REST APIs, AWS/GCP cloud services, C or C++ and concurrency.
- Strong experience in distributed systems and system design.
- Deep knowledge of databases and scaling.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with cloud and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Working experience or strong understanding of secure access and security systems (e.g., authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, Zero Trust / ZTNA / SSE)
- Ability to design systems with security, scalability, and reliability considerations.
- Ability to guide teams and improve engineering quality.
- Strong use of AI tools with engineering judgment.
