Bajaj Broking is seeking a talented Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in .Net technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications that support our trading platforms and financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the user experience. Your role will involve coding, debugging, performance tuning, and collaborating on various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using .Net frameworks and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient and scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to .Net development.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Document development processes, code changes, and other technical specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on .Net technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or others) and knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, preferably Agile.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
