Job Title: Salesforce Education Cloud Architect

Location: Remote (Work in AUS Timezone — 6:30 AM IST start)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Education Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Education Cloud capabilities, and end-to-end solution design for higher education or academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures aligned with client business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (admins, developers, stakeholders) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design data models, system integrations, workflows, and automations required for Education Cloud.
• Provide architectural guidance across Student Success Hub, Admissions Connect, CRM for Education, and related modules.
• Oversee integration with third-party systems (SIS, identity management, ERP, LMS, etc.).
• Perform system and process assessments, gap analysis, and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, compliance, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Mentor technical teams and support solution governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global teams while working in the AUS timezone (6:30 AM IST start).

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Education Cloud and its core modules.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, security model, and data architecture.
• Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementations for education institutions.
• Expertise with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with SIS/ERP/LMS or similar systems.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (any of the following):
• Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect / Integration Architect
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
