Senior Software Engineer (5–9 Years Experience)

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems and services
• Drive technical decisions and architecture discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Improve reliability, performance, and developer productivity
• Work on large-scale systems handling significant traffic and data

What We're Looking For

• 5–9 years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in backend development and system design
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, observability, and reliability
• Ability to independently drive projects from design to production

Staff / Lead Software Engineer (8–11 Years Experience)

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for critical initiatives
• Solve complex scalability, reliability, and performance challenges
• Influence engineering standards across teams
• Partner with leadership on long-term technical roadmaps
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the engineering bar across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 8–11 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience building and scaling large distributed systems
• Strong architectural and leadership capabilities
• Experience driving cross-functional technical initiatives
• Ability to balance business impact with technical excellence

Preferred Experience

• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Microservices and distributed systems
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or related technologies
• High-scale product engineering environments
