Requirement: ServiceNow Developer

Exp: 4+ Years

Location: Any location in INDIA (WFO)

Max Budget: 24 LPA

Max NP: Serving within 30days

Must-Have 1. Platform Expertise

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture (multi-instance, multi-tenant)

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM modules

• Understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, CMDB)

2. Technical Development Skills

• Advanced scripting:

o JavaScript (server-side & client-side)

o Expertise in:

o Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts

o UI Policies, UI Actions

o Flow Designer & Workflows

o Knowledge of Scoped Applications & App Engine

3. Integration & API Skills

• Designing and implementing:

o REST/SOAP APIs

o IntegrationHub spokes

o Experience with:

o MID Server setup

o External system integrations

4. CMDB

Basic CMDB Knowledge

5. Solution & Architecture Design

Ability to:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

• Create end-to-end solution architecture diagrams

6. Security & Governance

Knowledge of:

• Access Control (ACLs), Data Security

• Instance security best practices

9. Leadership & Stakeholder Skills

• Lead technical teams and guide developers

• Collaborate with:

o Business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs

o Mentor teams and enforce best practices

10. Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Module-specific certifications (ITSM, CSM,etc.)
