Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to gather and interpret requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Create and maintain solution architecture, technical design documents, and process workflows.
- Develop using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Build ServiceNow portals leveraging AngularJS and integrate external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
- Work on modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through testing and optimization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
- Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, REST).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
