Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)

Max Budget: 24LPA

ServiceNow – JD

•Strong ServiceNow platform expertise (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub)

Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, data models, and governance

Hands-on experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Experience with data ingestion, ETL, reconciliation, and normalization in ServiceNow

Workflow development (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes)

Integration experience (APIs, MID Server, external data sources)

Reporting and dashboard development in ServiceNow

Strong knowledge of application portfolio and business service modeling

Scripting knowledge (JavaScript within ServiceNow)
