About The Role
We are looking for passionate Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to join a high-performing technology team building scalable, enterprise-grade digital platforms that support millions of users globally.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of mission-critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global locations. Senior engineers will also mentor junior team members and drive engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and applications.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Integrate applications with internal platforms and third-party services.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Take ownership of features from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating with internal and external systems/services.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
