Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ, IDN, or ISC solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and implement workflows, rules, forms, and integrations within SailPoint platforms.
- Perform application onboarding, user migration, and access lifecycle management.
- Integrate SailPoint solutions with enterprise applications and directories.
- Develop and maintain Java-based customizations and extensions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and support enhancements.
- Implement certification, auditing, and reporting capabilities within IAM systems.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to IAM strategy and best practices.
- Support deployments and ensure smooth transition to managed operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, configuration, and customization.
- Good understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platforms.
- Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE for developing custom IAM solutions.
- Experience in developing workflows, rules, Beanshell scripts, and SailPoint APIs.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and certification processes.
- Experience in integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SAP, Workday, Azure O365, and JDBC-based systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and application onboarding within IAM platforms.
- Experience in migration, deployment, and environment setup for SailPoint solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across IAM implementations.
- Good communication skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Education:
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
