Looking for 3 developers to join our team. If you can actually write code (not just prompt your way through Cursor or Claude and hope it works), read on.

What you'll work with:

• Node.js and Python — backend systems, APIs, automation
• AWS — deployment, infrastructure, scaling
• Railway — for fast, lightweight deployments
• Real QA sensibility — you test your own code, catch edge cases, and don't ship broken things and call it AI's fault

What we're looking for:

• Solid fundamentals — you understand what your code does, not just that it runs
• Comfortable debugging without hand-holding from an AI assistant
• Experience with both Node.js and Python (or strong in one, capable in the other)
• Some exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Railway, or similar)
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML pipelines, document processing, or OCR-based systems
