We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails to build and support scalable backend systems and business-critical workflows.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.
Design and support workflows related to payments, third-party integrations, and reporting.
Own features end-to-end from requirements and architecture to deployment and production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability.
Work with APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processing workflows.

Requirements
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails backend development.
Good understanding of REST APIs, scalable system design, and backend architecture.
Experience with background jobs and asynchronous processing.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to independently own features and projects end-to-end.

Good to Have
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
