Requirements
- Building custom apps/sites for USA and/or UK clients.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
- Proficiency in ActiveRecord: associations, validations, scopes, and callbacks.
- Experience with background job processing (e. g., Sidekiq, Delayed Job, Async Job).
- Hands-on experience with database migrations and schema design.
- Ability to write and maintain RSpec tests.
- Familiarity with writing and organizing Rake tasks.
- Experience building RESTful APIs using Jbuilder or ActiveModel. Serializers.
- Solid understanding of JSON response structures and integration with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js .
- Knowledge of CORS, Devise authentication, and JWT/session-based authentication mechanisms.
