Join the GatherSG team at GovTech, where we build CRM and CMS platforms used across the Singapore Government to collect, manage, and analyse citizen feedback from multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and backend services supporting government-wide feedback management systems.
• Build frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and optimise database solutions using MySQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with:ReactNode.jsTypeScriptMySQL
• Experience developing modern web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with CRM, CMS, workflow, or case management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and agile development practices.
• Public sector project experience will be an advantage.
