Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Software Engineer with 4 - 6 years of professional experience to join our growing engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js or Angular, a solid understanding of UI engineering best practices, and hands-on experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.
Roles And Responsibilities
The person in this role will :
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum teams to translate requirements into clear development tasks.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, reusable front-end components and application features.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into responsive and accessible front-end implementations.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable, and consistent code.
- Implement automation testing practices to maintain quality and prevent regression.
- Troubleshoot production and QA issues, ensuring timely root-cause identification and resolution.
- Contribute to performance optimization, scalability improvements, and UX enhancements.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps practices for deployment readiness.
- Mentor junior engineers when needed and support team learning.
- Adhere to company engineering standards, policies, and documentation practices.
Required Skills And Qualifications
The person must have :
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Engineer in a SaaS or product-based organization.
- Strong experience working with React.js or Angular (at least one framework must be primary).
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern ES6+ JavaScript concepts.
- Experience with front-end testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Nx, SonarCloud, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and browser performance optimization.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automation-first approaches.
- Exposure to Java/Spring Boot or backend integration workflows.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, ECS, EKS, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms (Email, Mobile, Social, Search, etc.
