QWR Interactive Solutions designs and develops head-worn computing devices. We are India's only domestic full-stack XR manufacturer, with 50,000+ devices shipped across 17+ countries. Our software runs on our own hardware, from device system software to the apps and tools around it.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the software that runs on and around our XR devices: device software, companion tools, content pipelines and internal systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain software for our head-worn devices and the systems that support them
• Work on device-side features, companion applications and internal tooling
• Write clean, tested code and take features from spec to shipped
• Debug issues across the stack, on real hardware, with real users
• Work directly with hardware, design and QA teams in the same building
• Own your modules end to end, including documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of software development experience
• Strong grounding in at least one of: C++, Java/Kotlin, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, debugging, version control
• Experience shipping software that real users depend on
• Comfort working close to hardware or willingness to learn fast

Nice to Have

• Android platform or embedded Linux experience
• Unity, OpenXR or graphics programming exposure
• Experience in a hardware or device company
