The Opportunity

As a Software Engineer focusing on product features, you will be instrumental in building the core functionality that our customers use every day. We're looking for an engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful user experiences and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You'll be working on our most important product features, from enhancing our autonomous QA agents to building new tools that help our users create and manage their tests. This is a unique opportunity to directly shape our product's future and deliver real value to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain the features that define our product and delight our users.
• Collaborate closely with designers and other engineers to translate ideas into impactful and well-engineered solutions.
• Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, from brainstorming and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that contributes to a high-quality and reliable product.
• Help us build a world-class engineering culture and a team that values quality, impact, and ownership.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Strong Generalist Skills: A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and the ability to work effectively across the stack.
• Experience Building Products: A proven track record of shipping high-quality software features and solving complex product problems - 3-6 years of work experience.
• Problem-Solving Mentality: A curious and analytical mindset, with a knack for identifying and solving hard problems.
• A Bias for Action: The ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and get things done in a dynamic startup setting.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
