We are seeking an experienced and driven PHP Tech Lead to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will take ownership of leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable PHP-based web applications. You will guide and mentor developers, champion coding best practices, and play a key role in technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing hands-on technical leadership and mentorship.

Architect and develop scalable, high-performance PHP applications using modern frameworks.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UI/UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices are followed.

Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

Drive continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling.

Contribute to sprint planning, effort estimation, and system design decisions.
