Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Integration Engineer I to join our Implementation team. In this
role, you will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer
environments and act as a key technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and
- design integration solutions
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of
- our products with client systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the
- implementation process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and
- Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features
- Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-
- implementation
- Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use
- our integration tools
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously
- improve our processes and tools.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or
- equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Need to have mongo DB knowledge.
- Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi,MuleSoft.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
