- Experience - 8+ years in ServiceNow Development
- Must have Skills: Experience in Service Portal, ITSM module, Integrations
- Good to have Skills: Experience in either of other modules i.e. SPM, ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge.
Job Description:
- Work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations.
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow in ITSM and CSM modules.
- Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration.
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component Integration Tests.
- Configuration changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting and Angular JS.
