Software Engineer (Oracle ERP) to join a high-performing enterprise engineering team in Bengaluru. Operating within the Software Engineering Chapter, this role focuses on the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and integration of robust Business Platforms & Enterprise Systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical hybrid background, split between
Oracle EBS (approx. 60%) and
Oracle Fusion Cloud (approx. 40%). You will play a crucial role in data extraction, cloud migration, and building scalable system extensions, working both independently and collaboratively across global teams.

- Oracle EBS & Fusion Core Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain technical components within Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules
- Build, customize, and support reports, interfaces, and workflows utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Develop and manage data extraction routines from Oracle EBS to execute seamless migrations into Oracle Fusion Cloud, including building data sheets and managing end-to-end data loading
- Leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud tools such as FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, Alerts, and Page Customizations & Extensions to meet evolving business needs
- Design and execute integrations across multiple downstream and upstream systems with Oracle Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Utilize APIs, interfaces, and shell scripting to automate data flows and ecosystem tasks
- Own and drive technical deliverables independently with minimal supervision, collaborating effectively across the wider organization
- Influence and guide cross-functional teams on technical architectural choices to boost engineering productivity and platform effectiveness
- Present technical roadmaps, ideas, and system designs clearly to Senior and Executive management
Core Technical Stack (Essential)
- Oracle EBS Stack: Deep expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, Interfaces, XML Publisher, and OAF
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Stack: Practical knowledge of FBDI, Page Customizations & Extensions, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Alerts
- Integration & Scripting: Strong understanding of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), APIs, interfaces, and Shell Scripting
Preferred & Added Advantages
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms
- Experience developing SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Application Composer, or Process Cloud Service (PCS)
- Functional understanding of Oracle Financials and Procurement workflows
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Automation Testing
Qualifications & Experience
Experience Split Requirement
- Total Experience: Robust technical background with a minimum required split of 60% Oracle EBS and 40% Oracle Fusion
- EBS Domain: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financial and Procurement modules
- Fusion Domain: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financial and Procurement modules
Education & Soft Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Interpersonal: Self-motivated starter with exceptional soft skills, cross-team communication, and stakeholders-management capabilities
