Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OpenText CMS Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level content management solutions using OpenText platforms. The role involves building scalable web applications, managing content workflows, and ensuring seamless digital experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CMS solutions using OpenText platforms (TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenText WEM)
- Design and implement content templates, components, and workflows
- Customize and extend CMS functionalities based on business requirements
- Integrate CMS with third-party systems (APIs, databases, CRM tools)
- Manage content deployment, versioning, and publishing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of CMS applications
Required Skills
- Strong experience with OpenText CMS/TeamSite / LiveSite
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with OpenDeploy and content deployment workflows
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)
- Understanding of web architecture and CMS best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenText WEM (Web Experience Management)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins)
- Experience in multi-site/multi-language CMS implementations
Understanding of SEO and web analytics integration
