About the Role

You will own the design and delivery of large-scale systems, services, and platform components.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of large-scale systems, services, and platform components.
• Lead technical workstreams within engagements and set technical direction for a team or module.
• Drive architecture reviews, low-level and high-level designs, and solution documentation.
• Build and operate production systems on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD, testing strategies, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor and grow engineers through reviews, guidance, and technical coaching.
• Partner with architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders on technical decisions.
• Identify and resolve complex production and performance issues.
• Contribute reusable engineering assets, accelerators, and frameworks across delivery teams.
• Champion effective use of AI tools across the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 4 to 9 years of experience delivering production-grade software at scale.
• Deep engineering capability in Python and/or other modern languages, with strong system design skills.
• Proven experience owning architecture and delivery of complex systems end-to-end.
• Strong AWS expertise across compute, networking, security, and data services.
• Expertise in CI/CD, testing, observability, DevSecOps, and production operations.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical workstreams.
• Ability to work directly with client stakeholders in enterprise delivery environments.

Required Skills

• You have architected and delivered production systems in regulated or high-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with AI/LLM systems, agentic frameworks, or data platforms.
• You have introduced engineering practices, tooling, or frameworks adopted across teams.
• You combine strong engineering execution with effective stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Systems you own are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable in production.
• Your technical leadership raises delivery quality and engineering standards across the team.
• Engineers you mentor grow measurably in capability.
