Software Engineer

Job Description:-

•Manage ServiceNow major upgrades on a bi-annual basis.

•Manage ongoing ServiceNow patching and defect remediation on a monthly basis.

•Manage regular ServiceNow deployments to UAT and Production environments for development Sprints.

•Assist with developing/expanding release automation to help simplify the NAB release and deployment processes.

•Conduct minor developments within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications in ServiceNow.

The candidates would likely have the following experience and certifications:

•Certified System Administration in ServiceNow (required).

•Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow (not required – but beneficial).

•Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management in ServiceNow (not required – but highly beneficial).

•> 3 Years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
