About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing global product-based organization. This role offers a strong blend of hands-on development, technical leadership, and solution design, working on scalable, high-performance applications.
You will contribute to both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of experience in .NET (C#) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong expertise in React (large-scale applications)
- Experience with AWS-based microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with API development (REST/GraphQL)
- Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Architecture & Development
- Design and build scalable backend services using C#/.NET
- Develop modern, responsive UIs using React
- Work on REST/GraphQL APIs ensuring performance and security
- Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS (Lambda, RDS, OpenSearch)
- Work with geospatial data and mapping tools (nice to have)
Technical Leadership
- Act as a Tech Lead within Scrum teams
- Guide and mentor junior developers
- Drive best practices in coding, security, and architecture
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams
Agile & Delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Knowledge of NoSQL (Elasticsearch/SOLR)
- Exposure to streaming tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
- AWS certifications
- Experience with large-scale data or geospatial systems
