Software Engineer -.Net Fullstack with Angular

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver shippable products meeting the program scope and maintain continuous quality improvement across releases.
• Technically manage and mentor the developer team to ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Oversee Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint/release planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Ensure Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and transparency are actively practiced by the teams.
• Define clear ownership of project tasks and provide necessary tools and timely feedback to team members.
• Report project status and updates to senior management.
• Assess project challenges and implement solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
