About FinacPlus

FinacPlus is a Great Place to Work® Certified organization — a recognition of our people first culture, collaborative environment, and focus on professional growth. We provide high-end virtual business process and technology services to leading global clients across finance, banking, mortgage, research, and data services. At FinacPlus, you'll work with world-class talent, cutting-edge technology, and international stakeholders — while still enjoying the openness, agility, and career visibility of a fast-growing company.

About Our Client — TicketNetwork, Inc

TicketNetwork Inc. is a leading global ticket marketplace supporting live events across sports, concerts, and entertainment. Their platforms power millions of users and transactions, requiring highly scalable, resilient, and performance-driven web systems.

By joining this engagement, you'll help build and maintain technology that supports high-traffic consumer websites where reliability, speed, and user experience are critical.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced developer to support our onshore team, who takes pride in writing clean, efficient code and solving real-world problems. You're comfortable working across both front-end and back-end systems, and you enjoy working with modern frameworks like Next.js and React. You like leading technical initiatives, collaborating with teammates, sharing ideas, and working toward common goals. You're also the kind of person who's eager to grow into a technical lead role over time. If the idea of supporting websites that power millions of ticket sales excites you—and you're passionate about content management, scalable web systems, and component-driven development—we'd love to connect.

What You'll Be Working On

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our onshore team Backstage CMS project - the engine behind multiple customer-facing websites. This system is essential for how our onshore teams manage content, build pages, and dynamically register front-end components. You'll have a direct hand in evolving our onshore team shared application infrastructure, improving site performance, and making the developer experience even better for everyone on the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CMS-powered web applications using Next.js and React
  • Enhance and support a component registry system that enables dynamic content assembly via Builder.io
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate APIs, improve performance, and refactor existing systems
  • Work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure clean separation of concerns and scalable architecture
  • Partner with Marketing to implement new business requirements such as analytics, A/B testing, and feature flagging
  • Optimize code for performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
  • Stay current with modern web technologies and share knowledge with the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Builder.io, Contentful, or similar
  • Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Solid understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI best practices
  • Experience in integrating and supporting Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile workflows, and collaborative development
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to mentor peers
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Additional Skills

  • Experience building or supporting multi-tenant or multi-brand platforms
  • Exposure to edge computing platforms such as Vercel or Cloudflare
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience using the Builder.io SDK and registering custom components
  • Familiarity with performance and monitoring tools such as Lighthouse, Sentry, or Datadog
  • Strong understanding of Backend systems and APIs with Node.js or .NET
