Software Engineer(Multithreading and concurrency API)

What will your job look like

•   You will design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.

•   You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders.

•   You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.

•   You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.

•   You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.

•   You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

All you need is...

Role Requirements-Must Have

   Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent

   Strong core JAVA knowledge.

   Strong knowlege and working experience in Multithreading and concurrency API.

   Working experience in performance tuning/monitoring, java application, performance issue etc.

   Working experience in analyzing heap and thread dump

   Working experience in Design patterns, data structure.

   Working experience in REST/SOAP, Database

   Working experience of Shell Script & Linux

Nice to have / Preferred experience

   Knowledge of telecom domain (GSM, LTE, 4G, 5G ), network architecture (including SGW, PGW, GGSN, MME, PCRF, OCS, Charging System) and hands-on experience on diameter protocols and network interface like Gx, Gy, Sy.

   Knowledge of GUI framework like Angular JS, HTML, Vaadin

   Exeprinece in Automation framework, Junit

   Knowledge JAIN SLEE services

   Experience on Intelligent Routing Controller, Load balancer

   Knowledge of Web server like Jetty

   Understating of Cloud techenology.

   Experience messaging frameworks like ‎Apache Kafka.

   Knowledge of protocol stack like SMTP, SMPP, IMAP/POP3

   Experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins, ‎and Agile project management tools such as Jira
