MPA has partnered with a leading North American Digital Health company to hire Backend Engineers (Golang) on a remote basis in India.

What You'll Do:
- Build and integrate scalable backend services
- Design and implement new products and platform improvements
- Simplify solutions to make delivery faster and smoother
- Lead technical design discussions and help prioritize implementations
- Uphold code quality with reviews, testing, and performance monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team's skills
- Align technical strategy with business goals
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, design, and product
- Live by the team's values: ownership, innovation, collaboration, and empathy
What You Bring:
- Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant web services
- Strong backend development skills in Go (Golang)
- Understanding of APIs, web architecture, and writing clean, testable code
- A problem-solving mindset you're ready to jump in when things break
- Passion for delivering value to customers and improving processes
