Job Description

Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Manager to lead the India delivery team, with strong collaboration across global counterparts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on mentoring, motivation, and strategic resource planning. In addition to deep technical expertise in Salesforce, the role requires proven capabilities in delivery management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

People Management

  • Mentor and motivate team members
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and address team concerns
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Plan resources and define team strategy
  • Oversee all projects with a clear understanding of scope and team capabilities

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in Salesforce development
  • Collaborate closely with Principal Engineers/Architects/Stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Take initiative in identifying and understanding business use cases and translating them into scalable solutions
  • Ensure technical excellence through platform governance

Delivery & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile and DevOps practices
  • Ensure alignment with global delivery standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements

Global Collaboration

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to align roadmaps, share best practices, and resolve cross-regional dependencies

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce and cloud technologies, with a proven track record in leading teams, mentoring talent, managing vendors, and driving strategic resource planning and project oversight.
  • Experience with AI tools in Salesforce and integrating AI into development workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
