Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer with hands-on MERN Stack experience to build and enhance real-world SaaS products and client applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of scalable features, support production environments, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
What You'll Do
You will work across the full stack, translating business requirements and Figma designs into responsive, functional interfaces and reliable backend services. The role requires strong ownership, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js
- Build and integrate REST APIs for frontend and backend communication
- Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for data management
- Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable UI components
- Debug production issues, optimize performance, and improve application stability
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features on time
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git/GitHub development workflows
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, practical React and Node.js knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, cloud deployments, or startup/SaaS environments will be an added advantage.
