Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- At least 6+ years experience working in the IT industry.
- At least 3-5+ years of experience developing custom applications on Zendesk Platforms and on web technology like Java, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Node.js, React.js, and Vue.js.etc.
- Must have a solid understanding of Legacy objects and custom objects v2.
- Must have worked on integrations and should have solid understanding on rest API usage and best practices around the same.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service mentality
In addition, preferable skills and behaviours include:
- Any experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce, AEM is appreciated
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent.
