We are looking for an experienced M6/Metasolv Developer / Support Developer who will act as the focal point for application support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience with the M6 platform, deep functional knowledge of order management processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve order fallout issues efficiently.
What will your job look like
- Provide L2/L3 application support for the M6/Metasolv platform.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve order fallout issues across different order types.
- Perform order reflow and ensure orders are successfully completed end to end.
- Conduct root cause analysis, apply fixes, and coordinate with cross functional teams for permanent resolutions.
- Work on minor enhancements, configuration updates, and support development tasks.
- Monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and proactively address potential failures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for recurring issues, workflows, and fixes.
- Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
All you need is...
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of hands on experience with M6/Metasolv (Oracle Metasolv Solution).
- Strong functional understanding of Order Management, including fallout scenarios and resolution techniques.
- Ability to perform order reflow and drive orders to successful completion.
- Solid knowledge of M6 database structure, key tables, and SQL queries.
- Experience analyzing logs, workflows, and system behavior to identify issues.
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints (e.g., provisioning, CRM, billing) within the M6 ecosystem.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as the focal point between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred/Added Advantage
- Basic knowledge of Siebel CRM, particularly its interaction with M6 order flows.
- Understanding of telecom service fulfillment processes.

- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive issue resolution with minimal supervision.
