A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The developer performs configuration and customization of core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Catalog, while building workflows, automations, and business rules. They develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript, create integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
