Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITOM, CSM, GRC/IRM, SPM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, or Integrations. The candidate should have end-to-end development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and module customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Notifications.
• Build Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub integrations.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–12 years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
