Job Description

Role: Engineer

Experience- 1-8 Yrs

Location: Hyderabad only

Notice period: Immediate Only

Shift - 24x7..

Mandatory Skills: Networking and data center.

Experience - 1-3 Yrs

Specialization:

  • Expertise on BareMetal/Physical switches and datacenter architecture along with Azure concepts, preferred knowledge or an expertise on Nvidia switches
  • Networking Basic knowledge and Troubleshooting experience.
  • Server Operating systems on physical servers and environments
  • Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu
  • PowerShell experience in automation
  • Working experience in IT Operation, such as creating support case, troubleshooting the issue, track the issue, mitigating the issue, working with product support engineer.
  • PowerBi & Kusto Intermediate skills (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Experience - 5-8 Yrs

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise on BareMetal/Physical switches and datacenter architecture along with Azure concepts with an excellent understanding of Tier IV Networking architecture preferred knowledge or an expertise on Nvidia switches
  • Working experience on different regions with an excellent understanding of DC Architecture along with topology on the Nodes and Switches
  • Advanced Networking Troubleshooting and Leading experience.
  • Server Operating systems on physical servers and environments
  • Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu
  • Understanding of various automation tools such as Power Shell, Power Automate Workflows and etc..!
  • Working experience in IT Operations, working with product support engineer.
  • PowerBi & Kusto Intermediate skills (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Operational Skillset:

  • Leading the team which works in 24x7 Model.
  • Respond to live site incidents, alerts, and outages in a timely manner
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document incident reports
  • Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams during major incidents
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Track SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
  • Preparing weekly, Monthly and quarterly reviews and to be part of continuous improvements on project
  • Define and follow recommended practices and business processes within the Project.
  • Creating TSG, MOP & SOP documents
