Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented BMC Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the BMC Helix ITSM Suite and a focus on enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and ongoing support, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain the BMC ITSM Suite, including modules like Incident,

Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.

  • Customize and integrate workflows, forms, and applications within BMC Helix to align with

business requirements.

  • Enable seamless integration of BMC Helix with internal systems and third-party applications

using REST APIs, AI Spoon Jobs, and other integration techniques.

  • Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices and support their implementation across the

organization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored ITSM

solutions.

Years of Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the BMC Helix platform.

Skill Set Required

  • Experience with the BMC Helix platform
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices.
  • Familiarity with PWA, DWPC, and Innovation Suite functionalities.
  • Proficiency with the AI Spoon Client.
  • Strong skills in custom development, API integrations, and workflow automation.
