Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test new enterprise-wide applications.
• Lead or participate in the migration of infrastructure from IaaS to PaaS in Azure, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.
• Write high-quality, enterprise-compliant code.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing coverage.
• Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
• Build a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency within the team.
• Collaborate with teams to promote agile practices.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and business requirements.
• Identify user needs and design problems to devise usable solutions.
• Participate in usability testing and user research to improve end-user experience.
• Ensure third-party applications are customized to deliver consistent user experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
