Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test new enterprise-wide applications.
• Lead or participate in the migration of infrastructure from IaaS to PaaS in Azure.
• Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standards.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for all new and modified components.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by users.
• Foster a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency.
• Collaborate with the capability team to implement agile practices.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to document functional requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to improve end-user experience.
• Ensure third-party applications deliver a consistent user experience.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
