Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Core Java including:
Spring Boot framework
Multithreading and concurrency
Collections Framework
Logging and debugging
Log analysis and issue tracing
Microservices Architecture
Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful Web Services
Familiar with distributed systems and microservice-based deployments
Containerization and Orchestration
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiar with deployment automation tools like Ansible
Monitoring and Logging Tools
Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and analytics
Shell Scripting and Linux
Proficient in shell scripting for automation tasks
Strong working experience on Linux platforms
Software Design
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Proficient with design patterns and best practices for scalable and maintainable code

Good to Have

C++ Development in Linux
Experience with C++11/14/17 standards
Debugging and performance tuning in a Linux-based C++ environment
