Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 8 or higher and Spring framework
- Create and manage REST APIs and integrations with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and WSO2
- Utilize GIT and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration
- Implement CI/CD processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
- Communicate effectively and maintain excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Custody Banking domain is a plus
Skills Required:
- Must-Have:
- Strong experience in Backend Development
- Proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher)
- Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Spring Boot framework
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, WSO2, CI/CD (Jenkins, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and JUnit testing
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
