VinciStack is an AI-native platform for teams building complex hardware in space tech, aerospace, defense, autonomous vehicles, and robotics. The platform unifies the full engineering lifecycle—Design, Test, Analyze, Iterate—into a single environment, turning separated phases into continuous, high-speed feedback loops.
Role Description
Hardware teams in aerospace, defense, autonomous vehicles, and robotics generate huge amounts of telemetry, but almost none of it flows back into design. VinciStack closes that loop. We're building the platform that connects real-time hardware data to system design, so engineering teams can go from Design → Test → Analyze → Iterate in hours instead of months.
What you'll do
- Build backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that process high-volume telemetry at speed.
- Connect live hardware data to design workflows: requirements, CAD, & test cases in one system.
- Own features E2E, from design & reviews through deployment, performance tuning, and scale.
- Help build the AI layer that makes sense of engineering data and acts on it.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and core CS concepts.
- Experience or coursework in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go).
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to design modular, reusable components.
- Exposure to Back-End Web Development, including APIs, web services, and working with databases or data storage systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Comfort working in Linux-based development environments and using version control tools such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with distributed systems, data streaming, or real-time telemetry processing is a plus.
- Interest in spacetech, robotics, or hardware-focused engineering environments is highly beneficial.
